Conditions & Cancellation policy
We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive
travel insurance
through tNRMA Insurance or any other reputable travel insurance company
of your own choice at the time of booking. This will help to protect
you from the loss of any or all of the accommodation costs incurred by
yourself if cancelling any booking or reservation you make at
Hume’s
Hovell.
We do not accept any cancellations whatsoever for “Special
Rate”
bookings made through any “last minute / standby / bestrates
/ wotif /
needitnow“ style systems which show special discounts on our
own two
website rates as displayed [www.humes-hovell.com
& www.bed-and-breakfast.com.au]
Single night
cancellations
Must be made in writing and transmitted by email to stay@humes-hovell.com
of faxed to +612 [02]6629 5471. Single night
bookings must be cancelled 14 days prior to the arrival booking date
for a refund. An administrative fee to cover our costs incurred as a
result of making and cancelling the booking will be deducted
from any
refund made. No refund will be made for any single night bookings
cancelled within 14 days of arrival.
All other bookings or reservations of more than one night. such as our
special 3 night / 5 night & 7 night special rate bookings

Christmas Bookings / School Holiday Bookings / Long Weekend Bookings
must be made in writing and transmitted by email to stay@humes-hovell.com
or faxed to +612 [02]6629 5471. Such bookings must
be cancelled 21 days prior to the arrival booking date for a
refund.
An
